A complex mix of new build and refurbishment this project was completed in April 2008.

Work on this development was recently completed. Comprising a mix of apartments and townhouses, this project was a challenge to the site team who had to deal with a difficult access through the narrow mews type lane.

Located on a prominent site in Bristol, this project provides flats and townhouses on a site made challenging by its size, level changes and difficult boundary conditions.

Ilchester Children’s Centre

The first of a five-project framework with Somerset County Council this project was completed in March 2008. Partnering with the Council, Pollard managed the team that developed the scheme from initial concept to completion. Our supply chain comprised Woodcraft Homes, Bowshers Electrical and Westway Mechanical. Our designers were Stone + Partners and Brian Jones Ltd.

DAS House, Bristol

In a return to this prominent office block we managed the construction of a major new server room.
